Bookshelf: May 2017

Hello, hello, hello!

It has been a little while since I have posted on my blog so I am going to kick back into things with a couple of books that I have started, and plan on reading.

With exams coming up I am focused on reading my textbooks and given books, that being said there is always time for reading, and that is what I plan to do.

Let's begin...

1. Bridget Jones: the movies are classics and gold. I figured the books would be worth a go to see if the fictional character is as witty and entertaining as Bridget Jones in the films. 

2. The Lovely Bones: I started this book last year and put it down to read something else. After rummaging through my shelves and finding it again,  I'm beginning to dive back into the world of 'The Lovely Bones'.

3. To Rise Again At A Decent Hour: after finishing 'The Shock Of The Fall' (check out my review here), I was in a rut. I loved the book and wanted something with a similar theme, something engaging and heartfelt. A quick search of the internet and this book was recommended. I haven't started reading yet but I'm intrigued.
