Bourjois Palette's - Les Nudes and Les Smoky

Recently I brought these two Bourjois palettes from Boots. They sell for £11.99 each.

The packaging is simple but pretty, and the mirror has great magnification. A nifty feature is that the top part of the packaging where the mirror is can be altered to best suit you.

As usual, brushes provided weren't amazing but I can still use them for things like defining lines and my eyelid crease etc.

There is 8 shades in each palette ranging from dark to light, the 'Les Nudes' palette has more light colours, as you'd expect from a nude palette!! Most colours have a shimmer to them, some more than others. The actual eyeshadow has a soft texture. Pigment is good and the eyeshadow is durable but it's best to have a primer underneath to really seal the deal!
'Les Nudes' is definitely more of a daytime palette with soft light colours. The 'Les Smoky' has much darker colours which would look great as part of a bold eye look for going out. Either way the colours are good.

Buying both of the palettes however, I have noticed that one or two of the browns tend to look similar, but they are basic colours so I can see why.
